Deep Dish Cookie Pie

Toll House Cookie Dough (2 tubes)
½ box of Oreos
10 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
½ bag mini marshmallows

Preheat oven to 350°

In a baking pan, square or round, smash flat one tube of cookie dough to create a pie crust.  Align Oreos flat across bottom in single layer.  Layer Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups on top of Oreos in single layer.  Pour marshmallows on top of peanut butter cups in single layer.  Top with remaining tube of cookie dough.

Bake for 30 – 45 minutes, or until top is golden brown.

Remove from oven and allow to cool.  Slice and enjoy!


Our Thoughts:

Although we loved everything in this, it was super rich and super fattening. Jen could only eat 3 bites. The kids loved it! What Jen did like about it was the gooey way the Reese’s melted into the Oreo’s and the marshmallows oozed out while cutting it.  For someone with a sweet tooth, this cookie reigns supreme, but it ended up just making Jeremy feel like the bottom of an instant sugar crash.  Novelty dessert that’s fun to make, until you eat just a bite too much.  Great for kids sleepovers, unless you actually want them to sleep!
