Bone-In Broiled Pork Chops
4-6 Bone-in thick-cut pork chops
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Adobo seasoning
1 tsp. garlic pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. oregano
Set oven to broil or turn on broiler, and place pork chops on a broiler tray or rack.
Brush top side of pork chops with half of the olive oil and sprinkle on adobo and garlic pepper and broil for 8-10 minutes.
Flip pork chops and brush with remaining olive oil and sprinkle on onion powder and oregano and broil for another 8-10 minutes.
Remove from broiler and serve immediately with any number of sides. (we chose green beans and pan-cooked potatoes)
We were both worried that these were going to be very dry, but they weren’t at all; they were tender and moist! The multiple different seasonings mixed together to complement each other interestingly. What we liked the most about this dish was the ease with which we had making it. Although it takes about a half hour, almost no effort is needed, and you will spend the majority of your cook time making the sides you choose to make for it. The kids also loved it and definitely cemented it into our quick meals cookbook for another hectic night!
